¡¡¡¡China Hebei Qifa Textile Group Cort. is located in Baoding City, the center of Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, 38 km to Jingshen High-way and 30 km away to Jingjiu Railway and quite near the Shuhuang Railway. It enjoy great advantages in transportation, communication and electric power.
Qifa Group is a National 1st-level Large-size Wool Textile enterprise engaged in production of wool top, wool washing, spinning, dyeing and finishing. It is composed by 9 key enterprises, which own total asset of RMB500 million and 3600 staff members. The group is equipped with 15000 sets of wool spindles and designed annual out reaches 10000 tons of wool threads, the biggest of its kind in China. The group has been awarded as ¡°Top 100 Private-owned Enterprise of China¡±, ¡°Top 1000 Township Enterprise for Profits¡±, ¡°Top 10 Township Enterprise of Hebei Province¡±, and for continuous years it has won ¡°Creditable Enterprise¡± by provincial, municipal and country level governments. It is also the ¡°Large-size ratepaying enterprise¡± according to the local revenue departments.
The key enterprise of Qifa Group covers 74000 square meters with 66000 square meters of construction area. In 2001, it started development of the 500-mu Qifa Science and Technology Park and the first series construction covers 110,000 square meters. All workshops adopted European style and the office and hotel building follows the style of Buckingham Palace. The buildings in the park present a grand view with broad roadways and flowers and greenbelt seen everywhere. The lakes and fishes inside further add to the beautiful environment. A number of projects have been introduced to the park, such as the 3200-spindles knitting wool thread production line in cooperation with Bayi Wool Group, the nanometer anti-bacteria series production line in cooperation with China Science Institute, biologic enzyme project in cooperation with China Textile Science Institute. Till now, the Group has imported 3 production lines for wool tops from France, Germany and Spain.
Qifa Brand is nationally famous brand and the Qifa wool thread is a national Customer-accepted Product, which is now being sold in 32 provinces, cities and municipalities. In 1998, the Group won the franchise right for new-type pure wool by INTERNATIONAL WOOL SECRETARIAT, and in 1999 won the franchise right for brake tender leaves symbol by New Zealand Wool Secretariat, and in 2000 became an industrial member of New Zealand WRONZ Wool Research Organization. In 2000, the Group passed the ISO9002 certification and then in 2003 the ISO9001 new certification. Cooperating with China Science Institute, the Group¡¯s Technical Dept. has developed the Golden Qifa ¡°Jieka¡± nanometer series products with its own intellectual asset, which are featured for being clean, deodorant, anti-bacteria and healthy and have been exported to countries like South Korea, Japan and Russia.
